One living record

From seed to harvest, the whole program grows in one place.

Seven modules share the same record. A gift in Donor Desk funds a grant, the grant funds field work, field work fills the register, and the register becomes the report. Nobody copies numbers between spreadsheets.

  1. The seed · Spring

A grant arrives, and every rupee gets a home.

Honest reporting

AI that reports your impact at its real size.

Funders trust reports that say what changed, for whom, how it was measured and what is still unknown. AI Impact Writer is built to write exactly that, and to stop when the data stops.

It will

  • Use only your records
  • Link each number to its data
  • Compare the same people over time
  • State the limits of the evidence
  • Wait for a named approver

It will not

  • Invent numbers or quotes
  • Use stories without consent
  • Show real names by default
  • Claim causation it cannot show
  • Train models on your data

Dignity and data protection

The people in your records trusted you. We keep that trust with you.

Informed consent

Beneficiary data is collected only with informed consent, recorded separately for data, photos and stories.

Never sold, never advertised to

Records are kept confidential and never sold or used for advertising.

Names changed where needed

Stories and photos are shared only with consent, with names changed to protect people.

Encrypted

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every view of a personal record is logged.

Hosted in India

Your workspace is hosted in India by default.

Access by role

Field workers see their villages. Funders see what you share. Volunteers see nothing personal.

Compliance filings for 12A, 80G, CSR and FCRA remain the responsibility of your organisation and its auditors. Read our responsible AI policy

Questions

What program teams ask us first

Something else on your mind? Write to the Impact Desk.

Will the AI exaggerate our impact?

No. AI Impact Writer uses only your organisation's data, links every number to its source and states the limits of the evidence. Overstated wording is flagged, and a named person in your team approves every report.

Does Field Collect work without internet?

Yes. Forms and beneficiary lists are stored on the phone. Field workers can collect data offline for days and it syncs when they reach signal.

Can CSR funders see a dashboard?

Yes, on the Banyan plan. You choose which grant and which figures to share, and the funder gets a read-only dashboard. Individual beneficiary records stay private unless you decide otherwise.

Is beneficiary data protected?

Yes. Data is collected with informed consent, encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in India by default, and access is limited by role. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Does it handle FCRA records?

It keeps FCRA records, foreign contribution receipts and reminders for disclosures and renewal. Filing stays with your team or your CA.

How long does setup take?

A Seedling workspace with one program is ready the same day. Importing donors and beneficiaries from Excel usually takes an afternoon. Larger rollouts with several programs and partners are planned with our team over two to four weeks.
