Check before save: age 4 entered for a Class 6 child. Field worker asked to confirm.

Fully offline

Forms, lists and past answers stay on the phone for days without signal.

Local languages

Every question and option can carry its own translation.

Checked at entry

Wrong ages, missing answers and duplicates are caught before saving.

The roots

Good reports grow from good field data.

Field Collect is one part of a single record. What you enter here is used by the other modules, so nobody types the same thing twice.

Offline first

Field workers download their schools or villages in the morning and work all day without data. Sync takes seconds once online.

Kashmiri, Urdu, Hindi, English and more

Right-to-left Urdu, Devanagari and Latin scripts in the same form. Field workers switch language with one tap.

Form builder

Single and multiple choice, numbers, dates, skip logic, repeat groups and calculated fields, built without code.

GPS, photos and voice

Optional location, photo and short voice notes per answer, captured only where you need them and with consent.

Validation

Range checks, required answers and duplicate warnings run on the phone, so bad data never enters the register.

Works on basic Android phones

Built for the phones your field team already has, with low storage and battery use.

How it works

A day in the field

  1. 1

    Morning sync

The phone downloads today's forms and the beneficiary list for assigned villages.

  2. 2

    Collect offline

Surveys, assessments and attendance are saved on the phone, linked to beneficiary IDs.

  3. 3

    Sync on return

Data uploads when there is signal. Conflicts are flagged, not overwritten.

  4. 4

    Review

Supervisors see submissions by worker and village, and send back entries that need correction.

Assessments

Baseline, mid-line and end-line on the same children.

Because Field Collect is linked to the Beneficiary Register, each assessment is tied to a person. Results compare the same children over time, which is what makes an impact claim honest.

  • Reading, numeracy, nutrition and health screening templates
  • Matched IDs across assessment rounds
  • Children missing a round are counted and reported, not dropped silently
  • Assessor recorded for every entry

Supervision

Quality checks without second-guessing your field team.

Supervisors see where data is coming from and when. Back-checks on a sample are scheduled automatically, so quality is part of the routine rather than a fire drill before a funder visit.

  • Submissions by field worker, village and day
  • Random back-check sample of 5 to 10 percent
  • Time taken per form, to spot rushed entries
  • Send back for correction with a comment
