About Donor Desk
Can we import our existing donor list?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file and map the columns. Duplicates are flagged for you to merge before anything is saved.
Do receipts include the 80G details?
Yes. Receipts carry your 80G registration number, the donor's PAN where given, amount, mode and date. You control the numbering series.
Can donors pay online?
Donor Desk records payments from your existing payment gateway or bank statements. You keep your current gateway and bank account.
Is donor data used for anything else?
No. Donor data belongs to your organisation. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
