01Seedling plan
Seedling is free. There is nothing to refund, and you can close the workspace at any time.
02Monthly billing
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, and the month already paid is not refunded.
03Yearly billing
- If you cancel within 30 days of the first yearly payment, you receive a full refund.
- After 30 days, unused full months are refunded at the monthly rate, minus the months already used.
- Programs removed during a yearly term are credited against the next invoice.
04Service problems
If the platform is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a month because of a fault on our side, you can request a credit for that month.
05How to request a refund
Write to us through the Impact Desk page with your organisation name and invoice number. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
06Your data after cancellation
Your workspace stays read-only for 90 days after cancellation, so you can export all records before deletion.
