Every person counted once, with consent and dignity.

Counted once
One person across many programs, so reach is not double-counted.
Consent first
What each person agreed to, recorded and respected in every module.
Progress over time
Services and outcomes on one timeline per person and household.
The branches
Each branch is a village. Each leaf is a person you serve.
Beneficiary Register is one part of a single record. What you enter here is used by the other modules, so nobody types the same thing twice.
People and households
Individual records grouped into households, with relationships, so you can see a family, not just a list of names.
Informed consent
Consent for data use, photos and stories recorded separately, with date, language and who explained it.
Services received
Every kit, session, check-up, training and visit, logged against the person and the program that delivered it.
Duplicate detection
Matches on name, age, parent's name and village flag likely duplicates before a new record is created.
Lists and segments
Find children not yet assessed, women in SHGs without savings data, or households missed in the last survey round.
Programs and locations
Records organised by state, district, block, village and school, matching how your teams work.
How it works
How a person enters and moves through your programs
- 1
Enrol with consent
A field worker explains the program and records consent in the person's language.
- 2
Deliver services
Each service is logged as it happens, in the field or at the centre.
- 3
Measure change
Assessments and surveys attach to the same person over time.
- 4
Exit or graduate
Close the record with a reason. History stays, access is limited.
Consent
Consent is a record, not a checkbox.
People agree to different things. A parent may agree to their child's reading scores being used, but not to photos. The register keeps each permission separately, and other modules check it before they use anything.
- Separate consent for data use, photos, stories and sharing with funders
- Language, date and the staff member who explained it
- Withdrawal recorded and applied immediately across modules
- Consent for children given by a parent or guardian

Reach
Report reach you can defend in a funder review.
When one family takes part in three programs, a simple count says three. The register says one household and five people, with the services each received. Funders trust numbers that survive questions.
- Unique people and households across programs
- Direct and indirect beneficiaries kept apart
- Disaggregation by gender, age, disability and social group

Beneficiary data is collected only after informed consent, explained in a language the person understands.
Confidential, never sold
Records are kept confidential, never sold and never used for advertising by us or anyone else.

Stories and photos are shared only where consent is recorded, and names are changed where needed to protect people.
Encrypted and hosted in India
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in India by default.
Role-based access

Every view is logged
Access to personal records is logged, so you can answer who saw what and when.
Questions
About Beneficiary Register
Is beneficiary data protected?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in India by default, and access is limited by role. Every view of a personal record is logged.
Can funders see individual beneficiaries?
Not by default. Funders see aggregate numbers. You can choose to share specific records where consent allows it.
How are children's records handled?
Consent for children is given by a parent or guardian and recorded with their relationship to the child. Photos and stories of children need separate consent.
What happens when someone withdraws consent?
The withdrawal is recorded and applied across modules at once. Their data is removed from stories, photos and shared reports.
